Our relationship starts with you the client, completing our Assessment.
In the Assessment, we will be asking you more specific questions
about your anger. This will begin the process of introspection.
You will be asked to describe the manifestations of your anger
and by how others view it and respond to your anger.
As the Assessment progresses you will begin to understand the roots
of this learned behaviour and where your personal triggers lie.
The Assessment helps us to determine the most effective counselling
plan for you.
Our formal program addresses many issues.
We begin with your personal Anger Awareness, examining your
internal cues; both the Psychological and Physiological changes
that occur. We also examine the external cues resulting from your
anger experience. We then move on to discussing the traditional
"Fight
or Flight" response and then various anger styles.
